We strongly recommend booking your Yatra in advance, especially during peak pilgrimage seasons and festival periods. Early booking helps us secure transportation, accommodation, permits, darshan arrangements, and other essential services in advance and ensures a smoother travel experience.
If you are not ready to make the full payment at the time of booking, partial payment options are also available for eligible Yatra packages.
An advance payment is required to confirm your booking and allows us to secure the necessary services on your behalf, including hotels, transportation, permits, local services, and other arrangements.
Initial Booking Amount
An advance payment is required to secure your Yatra booking. The amount may vary depending on the type of Yatra, duration, group size, accommodation category, transportation requirements, and the services included in your package.

Important: The initial payment confirms your booking only after payment has been received and the booking has been acknowledged by Himalayan Dev Yatra.
Certain services such as hotels, transportation, permits, helicopter services, special darshan arrangements, and other third-party services may have their own payment and cancellation conditions.
Private & Customized Yatra
For private and customized Yatras, a minimum 50% advance payment is generally required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance must normally be paid 30 days before the scheduled departure date, unless a different payment schedule has been specifically agreed upon.
For bookings involving hotels, transportation, permits, helicopter services, or other services with advance non-refundable payments, additional payment may be required before the booking can be confirmed.
Group Yatra / Fixed Departures
For fixed-departure and group Yatras, a minimum 40% advance payment is generally required to reserve your seat.
The remaining balance should normally be paid at least 15 days before departure.
Seats are confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received.
During peak pilgrimage seasons, limited availability of hotels, vehicles, permits, and other services may require earlier or higher advance payments.
International Clients
International guests may be required to pay a minimum of 50% of the total package cost to confirm their booking.
The remaining balance should generally be paid at least 30 days before the scheduled departure date.
International payments may be subject to payment gateway, bank, currency conversion, or other applicable transaction charges.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your Yatra booking, please inform Himalayan Dev Yatra as soon as possible.
Refunds and cancellation charges will be governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy and may also depend on the cancellation terms imposed by hotels, transport providers, government authorities, pilgrimage services, helicopter operators, or other third-party service providers.
Some services may be non-refundable once booked or confirmed.

Booking Instructions
To book a Yatra with Himalayan Dev Yatra:
- Visit the Himalayan Dev Yatra website and select your preferred Yatra package.
- Review the itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, payment schedule, and cancellation terms.
- Click on the Book Now or booking/enquiry option.
- Submit the required traveller details.
- Complete the required advance payment using one of the available payment methods.
- Once the payment is received and verified, our team will confirm your booking.
- You will receive your booking confirmation and further travel information through email or WhatsApp.
Please ensure that the name and other traveller details provided during booking are accurate, as these details may be required for hotel bookings, permits, transportation, identification, or other pilgrimage-related arrangements.
Payment Confirmation
Your booking will be considered confirmed only after the applicable advance payment has been received and acknowledged by Himalayan Dev Yatra.
Please retain your payment receipt or transaction reference until the completion of your Yatra.
For bank transfers, customers are requested to share the payment confirmation or transaction reference with our team so that the payment can be verified promptly.
Important Information
Payment schedules may vary depending on the Yatra package and the services included.
For certain high-demand Yatras or services, we may require full or additional advance payment to secure limited availability.
Any special payment terms applicable to your booking will be communicated to you before confirmation.
Himalayan Dev Yatra reserves the right to revise payment schedules where required due to changes in government regulations, availability, weather conditions, transportation, accommodation, permits, or other operational requirements.
